Our “Albany Dew” is designed for good times with good friends. A touch of sweetness is apparent (21 grams per litre) on the palate along with a strong perfumed nose of Strawberries and Violets. Particular attention has been paid to the residue sugar to make sure that the sweetness does not “override” the subtle fruit characters thus leaving the finish clean and refreshing, ready for the next glass around the BBQ.
2011 has seen a higher percentage of Pinot Noir used to increase complexity and mid palate weight.
Try it slightly frozen as a smoothy – guaranteed to enjoy!
Cellaring is not required and this wine should be enjoyed within the vintage year.
